Deep Technical Vetting

The principles behind our technical screening process.

We've turned down placements that didn't fit.

If a candidate clears the technical bar but the working-style signals are off, we say so. A bad fit at 90 days costs you more than restarting the search costs us.

Vetting is done by engineers, not coordinators.

Every candidate goes through a 3-stage technical review — a founder-level screen, a domain-specific exercise, and a structured reference check. The bar is "would we hire this person for our own team."

It's what happens when you optimize for fit instead of fill rate. We measure every placement at 90 days, 6 months, and 12 months. If something is off, we know before you do.
