3. We screen, you decide

Before anyone reaches your calendar, they've been through our technical and personal screening tailored to your job brief. You're not filtering; you're choosing between people who can already do the work.

4. They join your team (not ours)

No awkward contractor dynamics. No "managed services" layer between you and your people. Candidates join as embedded team members, fully integrated into your rituals, your Slack, and your roadmap. We handle the employment logistics in the background so you can focus on building.

How does employment work?

Is there a guarantee?
